COVID-19 COMMUNITY HEALTH WORKERS

If you have been effected by or think you might have COVID-19 please call our main line 801-655-0258. We have free COVID-19 tests and Community Health Workers ready to try and help connect you community resources. 

NUTRITION EDUCATION AND FOOD/ HYGIENE PANTRY

Centro Hispano has grants from Intermountain Healthcare and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to provide food and hygiene items to those in need, and also to help connect people to available community resources that will help alleviate their food insecurity. Clients will be given food, and one- on- one nutrition education and coaching. Call 801-655-0258 to make an appointment.
