Consultations
Centro Hispano offers immigration consultations to provide individuals with personalized advice and guidance based on their specific immigration needs. During the consultation, our experts evaluate the individual's circumstances, answer questions, and provide recommendations for the best course of action.
Please note that the initial thirty minute consultation fee is $30. Every extra 15 minutes will cost $15. However, if additional services are utilized through Centro Hispano, the consultation fee will be discounted from the total cost of the other services.
Asylum
Centro Hispano offers assistance to individuals who are seeking asylum in the United States due to fear of persecution in their home country. Our immigration experts guide clients through the asylum application process, helping them gather necessary documentation and prepare a strong case.
VAWA (Violence Against Women Act)
We provide support to survivors of domestic violence who are eligible for immigration benefits under the VAWA. Our team offers guidance in filing the necessary petitions, compiling evidence, and navigating the legal procedures involved.
U-Visa
Centro Hispano assists individuals who have been victims of certain qualifying crimes and are seeking a U-Visa, which provides temporary legal status and work authorization. Family Petitions
